Sensory Storytime: Seeds! Tuesday, May 1st @ 10:30am
It's almost time for farmers markets & big flowers, but where do plants start?
In this 45 minute class, we will read "The Tiny Seed" by Eric Carle, then we'll head to the tables to dissect some veggies & fruits that have seeds! Once we're finished up with that, we'll make a cute little greenhouse to take home & hang in a sunny window to watch a seed sprout! We'll also open up a fun fruits & veggie "market" station, coloring station, and engage and interact with peers in an open and easy play environment through the remainder of class. This session is a great opportunity to the parents to guide the play with their child, but fear not! If your little one loses interest in the themed session, there is always a reading area, coloring pages, & interacting with peers until class ends.
ALLERGEN ALERT: an assortment of fresh fruits and veggies will be used.
Ages 18 mos + can enjoy this session with active parent / helper involvement.
**Class is limited to 12 participants. Minimum 6 seats must be booked to hold a class. If your class in cancelled for low attendance, you will be notified 24 hours in advance & have the choice to be re-booked for the next available session or receive a full refund.
